The Best of 1990–2000 is the second greatest hits album by Irish rock band U2.It was released on 5 November 2002 through Island Records, except in the United States where the album was released on the Interscope label as a single-disc CD compilation. The band felt like they wererushed doing the 1st three albums (they didn't have enough money to pay for more studio time - they were getting pushed out of the studio when theyrecorded 40). So, why not do some good--and cheap, and not overpackaged--releases of full live concerts? I don't say the albym will be out next year though.
